The purpose of San Diego Hydrology Model (SDHM) is to provide a visually-oriented interactive tool to optimally size stormwater control facilities (both water quantity and water quality) to mitigate stormwater and water quality impacts of land use changes on local streams and rivers. It can also be used to review development plans for compliance with stormwater regulations, promote sustainable development practices and educate the engineering community and public on the impacts of land use changes.

Includes the same features of the Western Washington Hydrology 3 (WWHM3) Standard Package, with San Diego County map and 50 years of precipitation data. The SDHM manual is available free for download in pdf format on the Download page.
