Bay Area Hydrology Model (BAHM)
Computer Training Workshops


BAHM is a software tool for design of flow control structures to meet hydromodification management requirements for new development or redevelopment projects.  Clear Creek Solutions, developer of the BAHM, will conduct a one-day workshop that will:
•    Provide BAHM overview;
•    Review technical features of the BAHM, including required inputs and outputs;
•    Walk through hands-on use of the BAHM for flow duration detention facilities;
•    Discuss project examples, including LID facilities;
•    Provide tips and tricks for model use.
Participants should have basic knowledge of hydrology, hydromodification management concepts and the Hydromodification Management Performance Standards incorporated in stormwater permits for many Bay Area jurisdictions;  These topics will not be covered in the workshops.  For introductory discussion and references, see:

Workshop times/locations: 
Two half-day sessions:
Basic (8AM-12 PM)
Advanced (1-5 PM), at the following location:
•    April 27, 2011 – ReadyServe Classroom 254B, 5201 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara

Class fee:  
•    Before April  1:      $200 per person per half-day session.
•    Before April 13:     $250 per person per half-day session.
•    Before April 27:     $300 per person per half-day session.
 
Advance Pre-Registration is required.  Limit 18 participants per half-day session.
