The new Integrated Management Practices (LID) Toolbox includes a number of different LID facilities for use in small-site projects. These LID facilities include:
- In-Ground Planter Box
- In-Ground Infiltration Box
- Flow-Through Planter Box
- Infiltration Basin
- Infiltration Trench
- Dry Well
- Vegetated Swale
The WWHM4 porous pavement element combines the WWHM4 Basin Element with the Gravel Trench Element to allow the user to provide all of the input information for porous or permeable pavement in one input screen.
The user specifies the pavement thickness and porosity and the same information for the gravel subgrade. The user can include infiltration to the native soil and/or an underdrain. If infiltration to the native soil is set to YES then the model provides statistics on the percent of runoff that is infiltrated to the native soil.
